How fast is a typical delivery?+
CBD→CBD runs take 20–40 minutes door to door. Estate deliveries depend on distance — the app shows a live ETA per fleet before you confirm.
How do I pay?+
Pay with M-Pesa STK push (pop-up on your phone), manual till/Paybill code, or from your SwiftDrop wallet. Cash on delivery is also available when enabled by the admin.
How is the fare calculated?+
Hybrid: deliveries within Nairobi CBD are a flat rate. Anything to or from the estates/outskirts is base fare + distance per km, times your fleet multiplier. Express adds a priority fee.
Can I track my parcel?+
Yes — a live map shows your rider's GPS position, and a timeline logs Accepted → Picked up → In transit → Delivered with timestamps.
What can't I send?+
No illegal items, no cash, no hazardous or perishable goods without prior arrangement via WhatsApp. Fragile parcels should be marked at pickup.
Do you deliver documents for businesses?+
Yes — Merchant plans bundle 40–120 parcel runs monthly with reporting. See Subscriptions after signing in.
What if my parcel is late or an issue arises?+
Each order has a WhatsApp and call button. You can also use the Contact page — we resolve every case and refunds land back in your wallet.
Can I become a rider?+
Rider accounts are created by the admin. Send a WhatsApp message with your ID, bike details and area — if approved you get a rider login.
